Central hub with pleasant surprises
During my stay, I was delighted by the incredibly helpful front desk team, who provided local recommendations and even stored my luggage after checkout. The comfortable room and convenient location made it a perfect base for exploring Zaragoza!

10/10
Can’t beat the location, wicked close to all the sights. The cleaning crew kept the room spotless, and the check-in lady was super helpful with tips around town. I loved chilling in the mini-bar after a long day exploring. Wish the breakfast had a bit more variety, though!

central location, spacious room sizes, efficient baggage service
Noise from neighboring streets was unbearable!!! The inconsistent air conditioning left us sweating in discomfort!!! Underwhelming decor and visible wear on the carpets require urgent attention!!!

This place suits me perfectly, providing wi-fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a cold drink in the heat. I’m coming back for a new year.

Consider staying on higher floors for quieter nights and enjoy the efficient baggage service if you have a late departure.

The local food scene is a treasure! Ribs Alfonso I is just a hop away for mouthwatering ribs, while La Lobera de Martin serves up some culinary delights. To top it off, the staff were top-notch, ensuring everything went smoothly. Plus, the location was right in the heart of it all!
But man, the noise on the first floor was relentless—until 7 AM, I swear! Drunk guests rolling in at 4 AM didn’t help either. Our room was a tad old and way too hot for a spring night, and I spotted a spider while showering. I hope sharing this helps spruce things up!

The 'comfort' of this hotel is overshadowed by noise from the streets, we couldn't sleep at all. I expected some sort of complimentary treatment for the inconvenience but was just treated like any other guest. I really wanted to give a good review but just couldn’t.
